Ah, compt train again today.

Wth, feels so long since the last compt train. I don't like this. I don't like it at all. Like, we only have one training per week. That's so sad please.

Anyhow, we finally get to do MORNING FOOTDRILL again. Man, cherish, cherish. I've never realised how much morning footdrill means, till we started morning FA, morning HN (COUGHCOUGH). OHOH, even house bonding. Like OMGWTF.
-_- That time when Sgt said we were going to have house bonding, she told us to beg for writing materials when we reached the parade square, and we did FA instead.

So for compt train, we did HN. Like wahlao, HN is SUPER sian. Even more sian when Sgt keeps making sure I'm not suddenly emo or whatever. Wahpiang, I emo that often meh? Like of course not lar, I'm not emo at all. Everyone knows that lor.
-_- All I did was hug the bear and stare into space/daydream, and Sgt looked at me and asked me not to emo. Wahsai.

Then we had to do case. Case is even more sian than usual. The best worst part is, we have to smile like some morons. -_-

Shit. I'm going to have to read up on my HN. Eh, but we don't even have the HN manual lor. Wahpiang.

ANYHOW, we did more FOOTDRILL today. (Well I don't know, but Sgts said we were going to do more footdrill, so I suppose they did, since I didn't notice the time.)
HOHOHO. We wasted like almost the entire footdrill session trying to synchronize our berhenti for slow march. Then when we were done and satisfied, they began clapping and cheering (a bit). Cpl Shunjie walked past and said something like, "No one does berhenti for slow march in sequence."
HM. So after arguing and finally realising that Cpl was right, we were like super OMGWTFWAHLAO. -_-
So we just tried to switch from slow march to quick march 2 times, then besurai.

-_- I think I need to catch up with the hormat kehadapan timing.

I miss the Standard One Camp, complaining about Tents. (Not that I had to, mine was dry :D)
I miss that day we slept in the Hall, woke up at Midnight to celebrate Ying's 13th.

I guess back then, we were really happy. You know, it was probably kind of exciting and a totally new and refreshing, interesting experience to be in a squad. That we were going to go through everything together. And since we had orientation and everything, maybe back then, most of it all seemed appealing and fun.
It's probably just a lot more different now, isn't it?

I somewhat miss Ma'am Yiwei. I miss Sgt Yujia as our instructor!
Yeah. Who were the outcasts? Janson, HG, Jade. Hm, anyone else? Ah, Mdm Yiwei is super funny. But strict during appropriate times, like when she scolded us during Std1 camp. Aw, shucks. We miss her, don't we? -_-
Ah. I think the Std1s are super lucky. Like how come they got Sgt Yujia, out of so many instructors? Damndamndamn. D:

I miss the days that the whole lot of Hera people were there for ALC.
Zomg I miss Shilei Chanel Eli.
And to add on, Jiamin, Yaxin.
I guess during ALC we kind of outcasted Yaxin. She told me once during ALC, that it was unfair if I always paired with Liwen. Oof.
Haha, Jiamin, pregnant lady who saved the day. From quite-enthu, to leaving. And her farewell speech. Hah.
Well, there isn't going to be ALC this year anyway. But still, it's Hera without Shilei, Chanel, Eli, Jiamin, Yaxin. It's, different.
What if there's reshuffling again next year? It'll be our batch, won't it? It's scary. I don't want reshuffling.

I miss being a Standard One.
It was probably just an introduction and preparation (in the later half of the year) for the year to come. I don't know, but Std1 was probably pretty slack in comparison to right now, and everything ahead of us.

I guess Std1 camp was pretty memorable. But I can't remember the specific activities, but just randomly recollect them, one by one - from water bombs, squad-bonding games, to activities with Niobium. Morning PT.. forgetting to take food for Sgt Elvina.. etc.
Losing my poncho.. Being kept awake by our flooded tents.. Niobium Nursings' bug-infested tent.. And finally getting saved by Mdm Serene (right? I have bad memory), where we got to sleep in the hall instead.
Woke at midnight, celebrated YY's birthday. And nightwalk. Getting pretty freaked by the actually-not-so-scary-but-kept-scaring-ourselves stories, and the nightwalk. Squeezing each others' hands and walking in pairs. And Jade and I arguing for ages at Sgt Elvina's station.. and me missing the clue totally (wahlao, how I know it's supposed to be a toilet lar. I only saw the guy what. I thought it was just some stupid random picture -_-) And Mdm Grace and the teletubby.. which Zhiwei (I think, or was it someone else?) thought was a chicken.
So unlike JNCO. I suppose we're going to miss Std1 camp loads. Hah.
